Federal dispute advisory is a separate non-neutral strategic advisory service and is distinct from mediation.

Multi-session engagements are quoted individually depending on dispute complexity and preparation intensity.
Preparation and Document Review
Each mediation includes reasonable review of submitted mediation statements and supporting documents.
Extensive additional document review, pre-session conferences, or specialized preparation beyond normal scope may be billed separately at:

- Settlement posture and negotiation readiness analysis
Advisory Sessions Begin At:
$650 per confidential advisory session
Multi-session engagements are quoted individually depending on dispute complexity and preparation intensity.

- More than two parties
- Multiple counsel teams
- Multi-day proceedings
- Parallel legal and organizational claims
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- More than 5 business days before scheduled session: no charge
- Within 72 hours: 50% of scheduled fee
- Same-day cancellation: full fee may apply unless promptly rescheduled
Travel and On-Site Engagements
Virtual services are available nationwide.
For in-person or on-site engagements:
- Travel time may be billed separately
- Lodging and travel expenses apply where overnight travel is required
